conduct a nationwide search for a Director of Food and
Beverage. This world-renowned landmark and tourist destination,
founded in 1929 by Henry Ford, is regarded as America’s Greatest
History Attraction. The campus encompasses in excess of ninety
acres and welcomes more than one million visitors per year.
Attractions include Greenfield Village, Henry Ford Museum, Ford
Rouge Factory Tour, Benson Ford Research Center and The Henry
Ford Imax Theater. The Henry Ford Academy, a very innovative
charter school, is also located on the grounds.
Many
unique food and dining venues with various themes are offered at
the institution. The food service/catering department employs
approximately 450 staff members. The Henry Ford proudly

inspired offerings, while also helping to sustain the local
economy and Michigan farming industry.
The
incomparable settings of The Henry Ford provide a truly

Position
responsibilities include but are not limited to the
establishment and implementation of both short and long-range
strategic business plans consistent with the institutional
mission for all food service and catering operations. The
Director will execute all plans to ensure the highest quality
standards in regard to food, as well as, overall
visitor/customer experience. In addition, the Director will be
directly involved in marketing all food and catering
activities.
The
Director needs to work collaboratively across the institution in
order to create and support immersive visitor experiences that
interweave daily and catering food offerings into the larger
food and innovation stories of The Henry Ford. It is essential
to work closely with sponsorship, PR, marketing and membership
to ensure consistent and accurate representation and messaging
of the initiatives, product offerings, as well as, the
development of products and offerings that fulfill constituent
needs in tandem with the operational and business parameters of
food service.
The ideal
candidate will be a progressive, innovative, multi-unit
restaurant and catering professional with a hospitality degree
and a diversified background. This creative individual must be
capable of overseeing an expanding $10+ million sales
operation. In an effort to uphold The Henry Ford’s commitment,

rising rising star with a natural sales ability and call
center management experience? Our client, a very busy,
retail sales call center with tremendous growth potential,
has a newly created position available for a successful
individual with outstanding leadership and motivational
skills. The CCOM will be an extremely hands-on Manager,
focused primarily on training and coaching supervisors and
call center staff directly on the floor, not buried in
paperwork. Currently there are ~40 representatives,
however, the Manager must be capable of overseeing closer to
an anticipated 100 team members. The Manager must have
drive and vision to develop new training methods and

Sales
