Center Operations Manager-metro Detroit (100,000+ package)
Are you a
rising rising star with a natural sales ability and call center
management experience? Our client, a very busy, retail call
center with tremendous growth potential, has a newly created
position available for a successful individual with outstanding
leadership and motivational skills. The CCOM will be an
extremely hands-on Manager, focused primarily on training and
coaching supervisors and call center staff directly on the
floor, not buried in paperwork. Currently there are ~40
representatives, however, the Manager must be capable of
overseeing closer to an anticipated 100 team members. The
Manager must have drive and vision to develop new training
methods and procedures which will result in increased growth.
This is an aggressive sales environment with associates
constantly striving to exceed goals.
The Manager
will also have P&L and budget responsibilities. We are seeking
an extremely enthusiastic, high energy leader accustomed to
working 50-60 hrs./week, accessible 24/7.
Sales expertise
in a call center is required, along with e-commerce experience
with at least four years in a management capacity. Ideal
candidates will have previously worked in a high volume mortgage
or retail call center environment. Outstanding communication
skills are a must, as well as, a polished, professional image.

experience. Medical/healthcare industry exposure preferred.

Base salary
to $45,000, plus lucrative incentive program (
$10,000-$25,000++)
