unique opportunity available for an experienced talented
Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a very detail
oriented individual with outstanding organizational skills.
Will need to become extremely familiar with all aspects of the
company related to product lines, vendors, accounts and
potential new sales directions in order to help support
continued company growth.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Continuously maintaining data and reports regarding key
accounts

Corresponding with primary clients on a weekly basis

Tracking
inventory levels, purchasing and sales

Providing
research and support to company

Assisting
with meetings, sales presentations and trade shows as needed
Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with spreadsheet
expertise, is required.

supported a President, CEO, Chairman, or Vice President. Our
client is a entrepreneur, involved in many different business
ventures. Responsibilities include calendar management, all
email correspondence, working with Excel spreadsheets daily,
travel planning. Must have polished image and outgoing
personality. The company is growing and needs a talented
candidate!
Hours
Monday- Friday ~8-6pm.

Administrative Assistant - Marketing - $45,000-50,000+
Troy area
Our client,
a specialty membership organization in the health care industry,
is expanding as a result of
increased demand. The organization offers special rates
to its members on items from its many suppliers and vendors.
Responsibilities include monthly contact with suppliers
and vendors to coordinate any new or special products and
services to offer their members, and calling
prospective manufacturers for
new products to offer. The
organization exhibits at 20 nationwide trade shows
and this individual will be responsible for booth
signage, marketing materials, and evaluating the booth layout
and design. Although the Assistant
will not attend the trade shows,
they will handle all the
logistics for a successful
show. Will also assist with
A/P, A/R, credit card processing, web site orders and requests,
and generate sales reports (rate of motion).
This
position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Requires excellent
communication skills and computer
expertise in MS office and Quickbooks 2009.
Must
be a self-starter who enjoys a busy pace and an entrepreneurial
environment within a casual work atmosphere.
