We have a stellar opportunity available with a very prominent
Executive in metro Detroit. Our client is involved in multiple
businesses and ventures throughout the country, and therefore,
requires an extremely organized, multi-tasked professional to
support his many endeavors. Responsibilities in this high
profile position will include, but not be limited to:
maintaining the Executive’s calendar, coordinating travel
utilizing corporate aircraft and Corporate travel agent,
scheduling meetings, along with handling all written, email and
phone correspondence. Excellent organization skills will be
utilized to establish systems for filing and organizing the CEO.
In addition, the Executive Assistant will coordinate matters
with the family office and Household Manager.
This very exciting, rewarding and challenging role is also
demanding and requires a commitment from the selected candidate
to be willing to work whatever hours might be necessary.
Evenings and occasional weekends will be expected.
Only those candidates with at least 5 years executive level
administrative experience working for a Chairman, CEO or
President will be considered. Advanced computer skills are
required; the Executive uses a Blackberry. Because of the
Executive’s varied interests, flexibility and the ability to
communicate effectively with people at all levels is essential.
A polished, professional demeanor is necessary. Impeccable
references must be provided when requested.

- Corporate Office Receptionist - Novi area
Corporate Headquarters office in Novi area seeks polished, poised
candidate with good computer skills and dynamic personality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced,

Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
- Accounting Office Clerk - Novi area
We are seeking
a self-directed, very organized and detail oriented individual.
The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments is
essential. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for bank
reconciliations, processing check requests, receipts entry and
file room management. Other general office duties will include
faxing, copying and scanning. Good computer skills utilizing
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required, along with 2+
years experience in administration and general accounting. Great
benefits and 401K. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
