The practice is well established and offers comprehensive patient services.  We are seeking a Practice Administrator with at least 10 years of experience overseeing all aspects of private practice management. Must have a professional demeanor as well as excellent people and conflict resolution skills.  The Practice Administrator will oversee: the medical practice and its employees, the practice financials, facility management, governmental regulations and compliance requirements, human resource functions, and other associated duties. The Practice Administrator will also be responsible for marketing, strategic growth analysis and initiatives and Risk Management.

    The Office Manager must have at least 5 years of hands-on management experience in an outpatient physician office setting.   • Laboratory Director – Metro Detroit Area

    Exceptional opportunity available for a Laboratory Director of a large commercial laboratory.  Only those with experience in the Medical/Laboratory field will be considered.  Will coordinate a department of 12 to 15 employees, overseeing; continuous staff education, daily scheduling, inventory, and other aspects of daily operations.  This position will act as an expert resource for the department and will establish quality indicators and will manage to those expectations.  The department should anticipate customer/client needs and provide quality service in a professional manner that is communicated correctly and in a timely manner.  ONLY those with hands-on experience in management in a hospital laboratory setting will be considered for this position.  Must be C.A.P. Certified and have 10+ years of experience, 5 of those 10 years must include a management level position.  Competitive compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 with excellent benefits!

    • 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a hospital clinical laboratory setting (of which at least 5 years must be management experience!)

    • C.A.P. Certification

    • Significant knowledge of the clinical lab environment, processes & procedures
    • Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Science, Business Management or related fields.  Masters degree preferred.

    Medical Laboratory Management experience is a MUST!  Those without medical laboratory experience will not be considered for this position.

    Our client, located in the Farmington Hills area, is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with at least 3+ years of experience serving as the Nursing Home Administrator of a skilled nursing facility.  Those with long-term and sub-acute experience are preferred.  Experience with budget development, HR tasks, development/review of all company policies, risk management, quality assurance and overall facility operations are necessary.  Strong clinical background, computer and communication skills are required.  Salary range $70,000 to $100,000+.  Benefits package includes: PTO, medical, dental, disability and 401K.

     

    Requirements:

    ü      Valid Nursing Home Administrator license

    ü      3+ years of Nursing Home Administrator experience (long-term and sub-acute experience preferred!)
