Private Chef/House Manager

Exceptional
opportunity available! High profile Executive with discerning
palate seek creative Private Chef/House Manager with excellent
culinary credentials and previous experience as a Personal Chef
and House Manager. Responsibilities will include overseeing two
luxurious private residences (one in MI, one in FL). The Chef/HM
will direct a team of staff members to assure that all
operations run smoothly and through the staff will monitor
extensive maintenance and cleaning routines for all properties
and vehicles. This individual will also handle all food and
beverage procurement, preparation and serving in the homes and
aboard a private, luxury, yacht. Will also approve all household
expenses. Will chauffeur principal as needed. The ideal
candidate must have the ability to adapt to varying needs, from
preparing an individual gourmet meal to a large, formal dinner
party or charitable event. The position is based in Michigan;
however, the selected individual will be required to travel with
the Executive regularly to a second home in Florida. This is not
a live-in position, although housing will be provided when
traveling. Flexibility in scheduling, sometimes with little
notice, is essential for success in this role.

Caregiver-Live in: Bloomfield, MI and Florida
Active,
elderly couple seeks female caregiver to assist wife and to
handle cooking, housekeeping, running errands etc. This is a
live-in position. Winters will be spent in South Florida.
$1000/week.

ESTATE MANAGER-Suburban Detroit Executive
family with large Estate in an affluent suburb of Detroit,
Michigan seeks an experienced Estate Manager.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•
Managing housekeeping staff • Handling
communication and scheduling of all vendor and outside
contractors
• Approving
household bills and coordination of same with accounting staff
and distribution of petty cash
• Organizing
special events and social gatherings
• Taking
care of errands for family
• Conducting
and maintaining inventories of valuables, clothing, supplies,
etc.
• Handling
special assignments as needed
Previous experience as an Estate Manager in a private residence at least
10,000 square feet or in a hospitality service capacity on a
yacht (with accompanying references which may be provided later)
is required. The ideal candidate will also have formal training
from Starkey Institute, etc. Advanced proficiency utilizing
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Basic accounting
is advantageous. The capability of handling all matters
confidentiality and discreetly is essential. Professionalism is
absolutely mandatory, along with the ability to work in a very
busy household with children and pets. Flexibility is a key
ingredient for success in this very desirable opportunity.
$50,000-$60,000.

Housekeeper-Cook: Live-in - Birmingham
Wonderful
opportunity working for a mature, sophisticated woman living in
a beautiful, luxury home. Must have experience doing
housekeeping and cooking in an upscale home. Since this is a
live-in position, only females will be considered. This is a
live-in position (ONLY!), however, weekends are not required.

CARETAKER - LIVE-IN - GROSSE POINTE

Executive couple offers terrific live-in situation for an
experienced Estate Caretaker. Will handle extensive
groundskeeping
and maintenance for beautiful estate. Will also involve
driving, running errands and some travel to accompany
principal. Great wages and excellent benefit package! Live-in,
full-time, private quarters provided for one individual or a
married couple (no children), although our client is not
interested in hiring a Domestic Couple. This is a live-in
position, no exceptions will be made.
Only
candidates already living in the Michigan region will be
considered.

If you have experience working as a housekeeper directly for
a homeowner in a large, luxury home on a regular basis, and have

typically in Bloomfield Hills, Franklin and West Bloomfield and
include full and part-time situations.
